VELNIS is the trading name used by Hamidou Maiga, SHAKUR CONSULTING STUDIO, Italian VAT number 01401280324, the data controller. Business address: Via dell’Ippodromo 4, 34139 Trieste (TS), Italy.

Enquiries and contacts
The form collects your name, company, email, scope and project description. This information is used to assess and answer your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For company representatives, processing is based on the legitimate interest in managing the business contact (Article 6(1)(f)).
Required fields must be completed to submit the form. Do not include sensitive data or confidential documents. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. No automated decisions are made about enquirers.
Protection and retention
Enquiries are received in the private portal and are accessible to the data controller. They are retained to handle the enquiry and related discussions; the controller deletes them when they are no longer needed. Any contractual and tax documents are subject to applicable retention obligations.
To limit abuse, a pseudonymous network identifier, timestamp and technical submission receipt are used. Checks operate over a 24-hour window; expired entries are removed at the next update. The purpose is service security, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Providers and external services
Vercel provides hosting and private storage of enquiries. The portal is configured for the Frankfurt region; website delivery and service providers may also involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Transfer safeguards are described in the Vercel Data Processing Agreement, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
The email service is provided by OVHcloud. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical data required for the connection. WhatsApp and Telegram open only when you select their links; the respective services’ privacy notices then also apply.
Browsing and cookies
The website does not use advertising or behavioural analytics tools. A session value remembers that the introduction has been shown. The admin area uses an essential access cookie lasting eight hours. The hosting provider may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the service.
Your rights
By emailing contact@velnis.it you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
